Kin Khao offers a cosy and intimate atmosphere with beautiful tapestries as the perfect backdrop to sample some delicious authentic Thai cuisine. Kin Kaho is always striving to impress and break the rules and are now introducing Isaan Thai to the menu. Isaan is a region in the North East of Thailand with cuisine like no other. An Asian restaurant in Athlone with a history of over seventy years according to them. However, they have managed to preserve their reputation quite well. Customers seem to give them top ratings and there are no reasons to disagree with them. My visit was purely because of my love for Thai food. I was surprised at how quickly they serve and how good it was. This is on top of most friendly staff services. The place was full to the capacity, though many more could be accomodated when the restrictions are over.
