Amazing staff and hotel !! We got married at the Mandarin 3 years ago in august - the wedding was amazing! every year we come back on our anniversary and this year was made even more special by the team at the Mandarin, all the staff are so attentive all of the time.
The difference about the Mandarin compared to other 5 star hotels (we have stayed at most top London ones) is the attention to detail. obviously the location is brilliant and the hotel itself a Iconic masterpiece, the food is always fantastic (we normally dine at Heston's) we stayed in a new room on the knightsbridge side which was lovely.
Fully recommend this hotel to anyone wanting something a little special

First class hotel with first class service We stayed at the Mandarin Oriental to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were showered with excellent service and courtesy throughout our stay. This hotel really know how to do first class. Immediately from arrival, check-in, lunch, and cocktails, every member of staff was attentive.

"Lovely Wedding Night Stay" My wife and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental last year on the night of our wedding. The hotel very kindly upgraded us to a suite upon finding out it was our wedding night which was a lovely touch from them.
The staff were brilliant and the service throughout our stay was great. There were lots of little touches in the room which made the difference (fresh fruit bowl, champagne and fresh flowers) which helped make it even more memorable.
The suite was spacious, clean and quiet throughout and the bed was very comfortable.
We had a lovely stay and will no doubt return again when it's time to celebrate something special!

"Wonderful stay at one London's most prestigious hotels" Me and my husband were lucky enough to hold our wedding reception at this hotel and got upgraded to the Prince of Wales Suite...Wow!
This suite is truly stunning and offers everything you would need. All furnishings and fixtures are of an incredibly high standard.
The bed was large and very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with luxury toiletries.
The views from the balcony over Hyde Park are just beautiful!
We would like to thank you all staff involved with our wedding reception it was an incredible experience and room was the best we had ever stayed in.
