Dromoland Castle Hotel Weddings

We held our wedding at Dromoland Castle last year, it really is a spectacular venue but for my husband and I, it is the exceptional staff that make Dromoland so special.
The staff members - in particular - that made not only our wedding day so incredible but the trips to Dromoland in the lead up to our big day were: Annelise Graver (an absolute angel on the front desk, she is so welcoming and hospitable); Matthew Brown (the most attentive and lovely room service Manager who made us feel like royalty!); Dermot Fetton (Earl of Thomond Manager who remembers every detail and makes you feel like a VIP each time you dine in the fabulous restaurant); Alex Beyou (the wonderful cocktail Bar Manager); John, Aidan & Michael (the legendary Front of House team who give the best welcome each time you visit) and finally... Pauline Flynn who is the most personable, dedicated and diligent professional we have ever encountered in hospitality - she made our wedding happen! and the care and consideration she showed to us is something we will never forget.
Thank you to the whole team you made our wedding weekend so special, we can't wait to visit again x

Absolutely picturesque and friendly staff.
Wedding hosted incredibly nicely and good outdoor drinks area with gas fire for a chilly evening.

A lovely setting which is peaceful and tranquil. Lovely grounds. An escape and retreat. Beautiful gardens. Interior of castle was very nice. Good staff , friendly and welcoming. Plenty tea drank. Lovely chocolates in the room.

"Ruby wedding weekend"
We had a fantastic 2 night stay in Dromoland Castle. Really enjoyed our meal in the Earl of Thomond Restaurant. The grounds were so peaceful and walks enjoyable The staff were very warm and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Was the lucky one to have had dinner there last year for our wedding anniversary, then lucky to stay a night a few months later, and then to have won a weekend away,2 nights, and a tasting menu with wines. Fabulous.

What can I say, exceptional castle hotel with amazing grounds.
The wedding reception, food (fillet steak cooked to perfection), wine and service, ensured a great time was had by all.
Staff were excellent - I look forward to returning in the future for a weekend break.
