Area The county Rutland village of Greetham is positioned in a lovely part of the country, some six miles from the town of Oakham. It is also close to Rutland Water, which hosts many outdoors activities, while the village itself has two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here and the cities of Leicester and Nottingham are also worth a visit.
