This peaceful pocket of the island's west coast implores you to embrace a slower pace, though if you're the adventurous type, you're spoiled for choice by hiking and cycling routes. We recommend climbing to the famous Cap Gros lighthouse for panoramic views of the bay, just shy of an hour away from the main port.

Overlooking a beautiful valley and exuding rural charm with its timber-shuttered windows and honey-hued stone facade, this home impresses from the outset. Inside, a calming canvas of white walls and tiled floors weaves through an inviting open-plan layout.
