Located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside near Grosseto, this modern villa offers guests a comfortable stay with unspoilt views. Surrounded by 4 hectares of land, the home features a large garden with a heated pool and outdoor kitchen. There's also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue so you can enjoy alfresco suppers with your group here. Inside, the lower floor has a living room with a fireplace and a fitness area with a sauna, while the upper floor houses a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, study, and bedrooms with private bathrooms. The villa is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Alberese Nature Park, 30km away.

Home truths:
*The home is spread over two floors with stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
*Due to the rural location, you'll need to hire a car to get around. There's private parking at the villa for up to two cars, as well as an EV charging dock.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. The pool is heated between May to September.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome to join you for free.
*A welcome dinner with wine, breakfast, midweek cleaning and weekly towel and linen change are included here.
