The town of San Jose is just a 10 minute drive as is Ibiza Town the beaches of Cala Jondal, Sa Caleta and the airport is just 5 minutes away.

The Estate is 800sqm and consists of 3 main buildings. The 2 story main house has two large master suites with en-suite bathrooms, chill-out area, office area, and a luxuriously designed open plan lounge and formal dining area alongside a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The lower level features 4 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, kitchen and a gym. The guest house is a fully self-contained unit with full kitchen, bathroom and living room. You have everything you need to live in complete 'Ibiza' luxury.

The villa benefits from air-conditioning throughout and also has central heating.

The interior design is impeccable as luxury and comfort are defined by the exquisite furniture and materials chosen.

The pristine gardens and the surrounding area have several waterfalls, an amazing "water mirror" and an incredible infinity pool with views that will simply take your breath away.

The beautiful sun terrace and swimming pool area is complemented with an array of sun-loungers and chill-out beds as well as a large dining table and gas barbecue.

At night time beautiful gas fireplaces come to life on the front terrace making it the perfect setting for entertaining your special guests.
