The wow factor of this Mykonos villa is the view from the pool, overlooking the sandy beach of Psarrou. Popular with celebrities, you may well spot an A-lister here, while you’re admiring the huge yachts bobbing in the water. The villa itself comprises a two-storey house and a separate guesthouse with an ensuite bedroom. It may not be the biggest in our collection, but the minimal decor and neutral tones make the most of the space. Location-wise, as well as having Psarrou Beach within walking distance, Mykonos town, with its whitewashed buildings and labyrinth of streets to explore, is just a five kilometre drive away.

*This villa comprises a two-storey house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a toilet, living area, dining area and kitchen, and a separate guest house with a bedroom and bathroom. One of the ensuites is integrated so you won't have complete privacy.
*While one bedroom and three bathrooms aren't photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*The pool area is accessed via a few steps. The swimming pool isn't fenced so children will need to be supervised at all times.
*A daily housekeeping service is included with a change of linen and towels every second day.
