Canal-adjacent and footsteps from the beach, this place is perfect for those looking for a water sports or boaty-based trip to LA. Wander the quiet canal sides straight from your front door, or hit the surf school and beachside bars of Venice Beach, a seven-minute walk away.
It feels as though this place was designed with days outdoors in mind. Make the most of the sunny So-Cal weather in the backyard, where you can fire up the grill and dine outside or recline away beneath the parasol in the outdoor lounge. We love the bar set-up here too for cocktails at sunset. Head up to the first-floor rooftop terrace and take in the canal view from the bath-warm water of the hot tub.
Inside, you can slide open the glass doors to blend the indoor living room with the backyard lounge area. Settle down for a cosy movie night with the fully-equipped home movie theatre. Knock up some snacks in the the gourmet kitchen, which comes with plenty of prep space, courtesy of a big kitchen island. Head up to the second indoor lounge, grand in white and gold and flooded with sunlight from atrium-style windows. Each bedroom is a delight, and the master’s hot tub terrace is almost rivalled by the marble-clad bathroom with a huge soaking tub.
