And if that isn't enough, your location in North Hollywood is right on point too. With an array of shops and restaurants within a one-mile walking distance, you'll benefit from the convenience of the home's close enough proximity to the likes of NoHo Arts District (a five-minute drive), Universal Studios (a ten-minute drive) and the Hollywood Walk of Fame (a twelve-minute drive). Yet the home's address in the heart of Valley Glen, will keep your stay slightly removed from the chaos of LA's ultra-urban downtown, in a modest and unrushed neighbourhood.

* Keep in mind, you'll be able to hear a bit of traffic noise when outside

*Guests 15 and 16 will sleep on a sofa bed in the communal area
