This charming villa stands amid the rolling hills of Tuscany’s countryside, just a five-minute drive from the centre of San Casciano dei Bagni. When you’re not lounging beside the private pool or soaking up the sun in the lovely garden, you might visit the thermal baths of Borgo of San Casciano dei Bagni – this is an ideal base for a relaxing escape to rural Italy. Children are well catered for with cots, high chairs and a play area with swings, in addition to table tennis. You can cook for yourselves on the barbecue, or make the most of your exclusive access to a restaurant just a few metres away.

*Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay.
*The swimming pool is open from May to the end of October.
*Your host can provide up to three cots and high chairs for little ones for free.
*This home is spread over two floors so may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility, though there are ground-floor bedrooms.
*Your host has arranged for you to enjoy a welcome dinner in a restaurant nearby.
*Your host has also arranged for two hours per day of cleaning from Monday-Saturday. Towels will be changed twice a week, and bed linen once a week.
