*Access to this home is by stairs only – be prepared for some of lugging of suitcases up three floors on arrival

*Some of the walls have scuff marks and could do with a fresh lick of paint

*It's on Calle Libreros, a very central road, so there will be some noise from the street

*There master bathroom feels a bit run down, the shower leaks and the sink's faucet is loose

*The apartment could do with a deep clean – we found some dust lurking on the lamps

*Both bathrooms have no natural light or ventilation – they could feel stuffy to some
