Treetops is a charming, stone cottage near Clitheroe in Lancashire and has three bedrooms, a ground-floor king-size with a TV and en-suite with walk-in shower, basin, towel rail and WC, a twin and a king-size with TV as well as a shower room with walk-in shower, basin towel rail and WC and a cloakroom with basin and WC. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and there is a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove (logs not included). Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Outside, there is off-road parking for 4 cars and two terraces with patio furniture. Sorry, there are no pets and no smoking and a shop is within 1.6 miles and a pub is within 0.1 miles. Note: There is a stream running along the front of the property so please bear this in mind when booking. Treetops is a delightful holiday home offering well-presented accommodation and is the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area.

A stunning, bustling town on the fringe of the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Lancashire. Clitheroe is the perfect base for a holiday, it offers a great selection of all amenities from a local market to individual shops, plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town also boasts a Grade I listed castle which also offers a maze and a museum for the children to enjoy. On a rainy day you can visit the Edisford Sports Complex with its swimming pool and football pitch. On the outskirts of Clitheroe there is the historical Brungerley Bridge and the activity-filled Waddow Hall is worth a visit. As well as the Forest of Bowland, the town comes within driving distance of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB, a perfect position for you walkers and cyclists.
