Park Hill is a luxury house in the Lancashire town of Clitheroe. It has a main building and two separate outhouses, all together there is eight bedrooms consisting of eight super king beds, four of them are zip/link and can be twins upon request, one with an adjoining single, five have en-suite facilities and there is a family shower room, the cottages can sleep seventeen people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a living dining room, a gym, a sauna suite and a cinema room as well as a utility. Outside there is ample off road parking, a lawn to the rear and a covered patio with furniture. Park Hill is a spectacular house in a great location. Check in time 5pm.

MAIN HOUSE: All 4 bedrooms have TVs, bedding provided apart from sofa beds. Master Bedroom: (1x king-size bed) with (1x double sofa bed), with access to balcony. Walk-in wardrobe with (1 x single sofa bed). Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, TV, walk-in shower, basin and separate WC. (1 x twin bed) with Jack and Jill access to the bathroom with bath, basin and WC. (1 x super king bed) with (1x double sofa bed) that has Jack and Jill access to the bathroom with bath, basin and WC and fitted wardrobes. (1 x twin bed) with a (1x double sofa bed). Walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. The ground floor basin and WC are located under the stairs. Kitchen/Dining Room with 2 x electric ovens, induction hob, 4 stove gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2x kettles, 4 slice toaster, microwave, slow cooker, mugs, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, pans and utensils located within the cupboards/drawers, breakfast table and snug area with tv, dining room tables and chairs with tv. Utility Room with American Fridge Freezer, washer-dryer, washing machine, condensing tumble dryer and basin. Sauna & Indoor Hot Tub suite with a 4-person sauna & jacuzzi, gym and shower room with shower, basin and WC.Cinema room with full Sky TV package, and electric leather recliner sofa’s, 7 x Smart TVs with Freeview, (one with Sky Q, full sports and movie package in the master bedroom). Entertainment Room with bar and ice machines, basin stools, stage and karaoke, 60in TV with full sky package, lots of seating space with sofas and dining chairs. COTTAGE: All bedrooms with smart TVs, fitted wardrobes and WiFi, All ground floor accommodation, (1 x superking bed), (1 x twin bed - twins can be put together two weeks' notice before arrival), Bathroom with corner bath & shower, basin, and WC. Kitchen/Dining Room with electric oven, electric hob x4, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, ironing board/iron, washer/dryer, pans, cutlery, glasses, mugs in cupboards and drawers. Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Living Room with (2x double sofa beds, bedding not provided for sofa beds), TV and WiFi. LODGE: All bedrooms with smart TV, wardrobe and WiFi, (1 x twin Bedroom with (1 x sofa bed) and WC, basin and shower room separate under the stairs, (1 x twin bed) with (1x double sofa bed), walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room with WC and basin, (Twin beds can be put together with two week's notice before arrival), Kitchen/Breakfast bar with small fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, basin and electric oven with 2 x stove hob. First floor (1 x twin bed) - only/living room with 2 x double sofa beds (bedding not provided for sofa beds) smart TV and sideboards for clothes/personal items. Gas central heating across all three properties. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent apart from sofa beds. Ample off-road parking for up to 10 cars. Lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no smoking, but cigarette stubb bins are provided at the BBQ area, rear of the main house and patio area opposite the cottage. The outdoor hot tub is not for guest use sorry. Shop and pub 15-minute walk. We take photos/videos of the properties before guests arrive for the benefit of the guests due to arrive and also for the owner after the guests stay. We kindly ask that you order any deliveries of shopping or anything relevant to your stay after the 5pm check-in time.

Area
A town near the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Lancashire. Clitheroe is the perfect base for a holiday, it offers all amenities from a shopping centre to individual shops, pubs and restaurants to choose from. The town has a castle with a maze and a museum. Visit the Edisford Sports Complex with its swimming pool and football pitch. There is the Brungerley Bridge and Waddow Hall is worth a visit. As well as the Forest of Bowland, the town comes within driving distance of the Yorkshire Dales National Park and the Nidderdale AONB, a perfect position for you walkers and cyclists.

The North West of England has something for every discerning traveller. Whether it is the fabulous sandy beaches of its famous seaside resorts or the historic backdrop of some of the country's oldest cities, it has something for everyone.

PLEASE NOTE: CHECK IN TIME STRICTLY 5pm AND CHECKOUT TIME 10am, this is because the changeover team need to ensure the property is correctly completed and nothing is missed to affect your stay.
