Nestled between two gorges and built into the side of a mountain, the village is relatively easily accessed from the main coastal highway, lying only 4km off the road and 23km from the Venetian port town of Chania. The villa mixes exposed stone walls, spectacular archways and stunning timber ceilings so typical of Cretan construction, with a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms and a gorgeous outdoor pool. It's a clever combination of traditional construction (to fit in with neighbouring buildings) and modern convenience that creates a desirable package. A rooftop terrace with far-reaching views over the surrounding landscapes towards the Bay of Souda is just the cherry on top.
