It has five bedrooms; one ground floor super king-size with en-suite shower room, one super king-size with en-suite shower room, one super king-size with en-suite bathroom, one super king with en-suite shower room and a super king size double. There is a separate family bathroom and WC. There is a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has an open-plan kitchen and dining room. There are three living room areas, with seating and TVs. Outside has a large lawned garden and patio area with a hot tub, furniture and a children's play area. Roadside parking is available. Town Farm is the ultimate holiday home for friends and families.

All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen smart TV. Ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen/diner. Sitting room seating 10 people. Additional sitting room. Snug with Bifold Doors to the Hot Tub and Outside Shower.

Area
Darlington is a large market town in Durham, England, situated on the edge of the River Skeme. The town was developed by many Quaker families from the Victorian and Georgian era. Darlington's most known for its clock tower, which was gifted by the industrialist Joseph Pease in the mid-to-late 19th century. With many art galleries, restaurants, pubs and local shops to explore.
