Convenient for train stations, the city centre and the docks, it's in the heart of the city but your views will be of the tree-lined street and the riverside green space outside your door.

Set on the first floor, your living room's large bay window floods it with light. An open layout keeps everything sociable, with a small but well-kitted-out kitchen in one corner of the room. Elsewhere, two comfy bedrooms and a bathroom make for a home perfect for a family, a couple of friends or indeed for a solo traveller – there's a desk in the second bedroom so it can easily double as an office.
