* The water from the taps isn't drinkable, though you can boil it and keep it in the fridge to make it safe to drink
* There is a gardener who lives on a small house on the property, but you'll rarely see them
* There is a wedding hall and nursery at the property which can be used – please enquire with the host
* The host asks to move inside after 11pm so you don't disturb the neighbours, but you're welcome to play music after that time indoors
