While some signs of wear and tear should be expected, the space is practical, with a Murphy bed comfortably sleeping a solo traveller or a couple. And what the apartment lacks in kitchen facilities, it makes up for with its close proximity to plenty of casual cafes and trendy eateries. It's also worth noting that it can get a little noisy here and it's on the fourth floor without a lift.
