Just a short stroll from the centre of Salcombe, this apartment is a refreshing coastal escape. The rooms are bright and breezy, the balcony has beautiful views across the estuary and we love the sweet extras like the Sonos sound system, Netflix and The White Company toiletries. Families should note that child-friendly amenities aren’t available here and that little ones will need to be supervised in the communal garden. Still, it’s a fantastic location with easy access to East Portlemouth's beaches, as well as hiking trails through the surrounding countryside – not to mention private parking for adventures further afield.

*There is free private parking for one car here – please also note there are four steps leading down to the entrance from the parking area.
*A weekly linen change is included in your stay.
*The second bedroom can be arranged as two singles or a super king upon request.
*If you're travelling for work, you won't find a dedicated desk here. However, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace.
*Please note that the communal garden has steep steps leading down to the water’s edge – children will need to be supervised here at all times.
*It’s possible you may hear some noise from the neighbours during your stay.
