Five minutes’ walk from the long stretch of beach that sweeps around the bay from Palma, this modern villa is all about life in the sun. Even closer is the yacht club and harbour of S’Arenal for drinks by the clear blue sea. Within the little town of Arenal, you’ve got supermarkets and a handful of eateries too, and the historic sights of Palma are just a half-hour drive away.

The villa is sleek and modern, but with touches of tradition in the terracotta roof and brilliant white walls. Out on the terrace, you’ve got a private swimming pool for a cooling dip, sun loungers to soak up the Mallorcan rays and dining for the group, courtesy of a barbecue grill. Kicking back in the living room doesn’t mean missing out on the sunshine as a wall-sized picture-frame window dominates the wall by the sofa. On top of this, glass double doors lead to the terrace, letting more light flood inside and the dining area benefits from a sunny position. What’s more, there’s a dedicated office room should you need to work remotely.
