*Due to the location of this home, we recommend having a car for ease of getting around. There’s one designated parking space here as well as an overflow car park for additional cars. There are three on-site EV chargers that operate on a first-come first-served basis.

*In order to preserve the tranquillity of the estate, there’s an 11pm noise curfew.
*Some of the communal facilities are subject to seasonal closures, including the Somerford Lagoon Lake, Somerford Nines, Mill Village pool and Miss Mouse Trail.
