This home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a fuss-free stay on Devon’s southeast coast. Exmouth’s shops, restaurants and cafés are less than a ten-minute drive away, and if a beach day is in order, Sandy Bay is easily reached by car. While this may not be the most characterful home in our collection, it’s certainly comfortable and the patio is a lovely spot to enjoy the sunshine. The built-in Sonos speakers are a nice touch and the ample on-site parking is a plus if you’re staying as a group of eight.

*This home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items. You’ll need to bring specific items (such as kitchen roll) with you. There’s a Lidl supermarket a two-minute drive away.
*There’s a corporate finish to the interiors and home comforts are lacking here.
