You’ll find this villa nestled into the hillside just a short distance from Funchal’s historic city centre. The wraparound terrace serves up mountain and sea views, while the private pool is just the spot to cool off in the Portuguese heat. If you’re not dining alfresco or topping up your tan, head indoors where you can relax in the sauna. And while it’s easy to get around by car and there’s a bus stop just outside the home for a trip into the city, the easily accessible traffic links mean you may hear some road noise during your stay.

There's free street parking just outside the home. *Given the home's location near a major thoroughfare, expect to hear some traffic noise throughout your stay. *If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance. *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times. *The home is on a hillside, and access is via a private gate and stairway. This may be difficult for people with limited mobility. *Weekly cleaning and a change of bed linen and towels are included.
