This Tuscan estate was built in the 1920s and was recently restored, creating peaceful apartments and villas surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak woods. This apartment embraces the old traditions of provincial Italy – some would call it dated, but we say the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room are homely and terracotta floors keep your feet cool in summer. Guests here have access to a large shared swimming pool which has a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. Plus, breakfast is included and your host can arrange wine tastings on request.
Home truths: *The swimming pool is shared with other villas and apartments in the complex. Expect to bump into other guests during your stay.
*While one of the bathrooms isn’t photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Breakfast is included with a stay here and bed linen and towels are changed every four days during your stay.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*In a remote location, having a car is recommended and there is private parking on-site.
