With tonnes of natural light and a great central location in Cais do Sodré, it's a great option for a group of first-time visitors who want to be within walking distance of Lisbon’s best-loved sights. Foodies should make a beeline for the delicious Time Out Market, only five minutes by foot to the south, as culture buffs weave through the city on the iconic 28 tram. Later on, reconvene at the Santa Catarina viewpoint – just metres from your doorstep – for a burning sunset over the Tagus estuary and a glass of Portugal’s own green wine.
