This Vilamoura apartment, although stripped back and simple, offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. With two bedrooms and bathrooms, the only downside, if you’re a party of six, is that two people will draw the short straw and be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. That aside, the sun-kissed balcony is the perfect place to start your day over a cup of coffee, and the view of the communal pool will soon tempt you into its refreshing water. Locally, there’s a great selection of beaches, bars and restaurants nearby, so you’ll never be lost for things to do.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*The bedroom curtains here don't fully block out the sunlight. If you're hoping to enjoy a lie-in, you might want to pack an eye mask.
*The decor here is a little simple and generic – those looking for a more luxurious stay may wish to look elsewhere.
*You'll have access to a communal swimming pool here, shared with the building's other residents. It's worth noting that the pool isn't fenced, so if you're travelling with little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*There is unrestricted free on-street parking here.
*Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm - 8am.
