Within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants, this family-friendly home enjoys a central location between Felanitx's two main churches. The leafy garden offers a lovely spot for sunbathing and sipping local wine when you're not shopping at the Sunday market – although we think the walls could do with a lick of paint. Not only is there a plunge pool here, but the alfresco dining area is ideal for barbecues. Fancy a day on the coast? Portocolom's pretty fishing village awaits 12 kilometres away, boasting S’Arenal beach and a variety of watersport activities.

In particular, the external walls look a little tired. *One of the double bedrooms consists of two singles pushed together. *The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. *You won't find a welcome hamper or basic essentials here, so we'd recommend packing some bits and bobs to get you started. The nearest supermarket is a four-minute walk away. *We strongly suggest hiring a car in this area, especially if you want to visit the beach.
