For a purpose-built apartment, this one's remarkably characterful owing to its elevated and current design. The communal area feels bright and airy due to the open-plan layout that meets with the well-equipped kitchen and there's a peaceful spot to get some work done too. This won't be for those looking for something typically luxurious, but is great for anyone looking for a cheerful spot in the central Fairfax location.
