This exquisite Cotswold farmhouse is a home for all seasons. Summer months are all about the social dining patio outside – with a few rounds of tennis on the private court for good measure. While winter calls for hunkering down beside the countless fires and getting together for slap-up dinner parties in the impressive dining room. Set within eight acres of land and with expansive views down the valley towards Bibury, you may have no desire to leave. But for a bit of bustle, the market town of Witney is just a few miles down the road.

*There is ample private parking for ten cars on the driveway of the home.
*Bedroom six has two sets of bunk beds and an additional two trundle beds, sleeping six guests in total. We think this room is better suited for children sharing.
*There is a handy boot room – ideal for storing mucky boots.
*This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
*There is a pub within walking distance of the home in the village of Aldsworth. For anything else, you'll need to drive to nearby Witney.
