This split-level holiday home has two bedrooms including a king-size and a 4ft 6" double both with ensuite, along with a first-floor open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove and a utility. Appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and for entertainment there is a Smart TV with Freesat, WiFi, and games. Outside, there is private driveway parking, a garden with patio, furniture and access to lockable bike storage, and access to the working farm paddocks. A stairgate is available and a travel cot and highchair are available on request. One well-behaved dog is welcome with a second dog for a £25 fee. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Note: Open-tread stairs, please take care. Please note, the owners live next door, there is access to the garden down rustic stone steps via both bedrooms, please take care. A picturesque town at the northern point of Dartmoor National Park in Devon, Moretonhampstead, is small in size but is packed with amenities and things to do. There is a wide range of shops as well as four pubs and an open-air swimming pool to enjoy at your leisure, an art gallery and a motor museum. Nearby you will find the market town of Chagford, also dotted with cafes and eateries, whilst Exeter is a car journey away, home to several manicured gardens, River Exe, and Barley Valley Nature Reserve.
