Sorry, no pets and no smoking. In 1.6 miles there is a shop and 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a lovely base for exploring Lincolnshire. Note: Outdoor pool available May to September (Contact Sykes to confirm) has no lifeguard, heating takes 48 hours plus charge of 200 GBP & weather may affect temperature.
