Inspired by the epic travels of Anthony Bourdain, this house in Palm Springs harnesses the chef's sense of adventure. There's a designer kitchen, of course, with slick chrome appliances and pristine white granite countertops. Don an apron and master your own culinary creations, or book a private chef to take care of proceedings. You'll find plenty of playful details throughout the home, from the flamingo wallpaper to the cobalt blue sofas and patterned furnishings. The garage has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table, and a croquet set if you want to take the fun outside. In the private yard, you’ll find a swimming pool with a waterfall feature, perfect for a cooling dip in the midday heat, along with sun loungers and a retro hanging egg chair in the shade. When dusk falls, cosy up by the fire pit and gaze up at the stars, or savour a cocktail on the patio before hitting the lively Palm Springs restaurants and bars—downtown is just ten minutes away by car.
