The Annexe forms one part of a complex of charming 4-star country cottages in a beautiful section of Exmoor National Park’s Avill Valley, between Dunster and Timberscombe. Set slightly apart from other cottages on the site, The Annexe boasts uninterrupted views across the property’s fields and the Avill Valley, and pleasantly catches the sun throughout the afternoon and evening.

Shared use of indoor heating swimming pool and spa bath with changing and shower facilities; games room with pool table, table tennis table, table football, and mini trampoline; a further large (14 foot-round) trampoline with protective barrier netting; hard tennis court (operating on "turn up & play" system with racquets/balls available for guest use); and football net, situated in the "play paddock" where guests often play cricket or badminton, fly kites etc.

Facilities
Entry to The Annexe is over a little wooden bridge and then up two steps, to the French Doors. Downstairs there is a kitchen and dining/living room with a woodburner. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).

Bed linen is provided, towels can be hired for £3 per person.

Located in the picturesque Avill Valley, within Exmoor National Park, and near to Dunster and Minehead, the cottage is in a perfect location for family holidays, romantic breaks or a get-away with your dogs.
