Situated next to the West Coast railway, you’ll hear some train noise throughout the day – that said, the balcony’s a great spot for watching the steam trains that pass through during spring and summer. There’s an on-site fitness room for those keen to keep up with their exercise routine, but for us, this home’s all about the location. With Back beach less than five minutes away on foot and Teignmouth's vibrant bars and eateries within easy reach, you’re well-placed to enjoy all that this stretch of Devon has to offer.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*This home is next to the West Coast railway, so expect to hear some noise from passing trains during the daytime. The trains do not run overnight.
*There's allocated parking for two cars in the underground car park here. There's also an EV charger, available for three-hour charging slots.
*You'll find an on-site fitness room to enjoy here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
