Sykes Lodge is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Malton. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with two super-king-size bed with en-suite, a super-king-size and three twins, together sleeping up to 16 people. In addition to the en-suites there are two bathrooms and a cloakroom with basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a library. Outside, there is secure off-road parking for six cars and unlimited parking adjacent to the property, and a garden with seating, a BBQ, a Jacuzzi Spa and access to parkland. Sykes Lodge is a superb base for a memorable holiday to this part of Yorkshire. Wide doorways and flat thresholds inside to outside. 6 Bedrooms: 2x super-king-size beds with en-suites.1x super-king bed. 3x twin beds (1 may be zip-linked for additional super-king bed). 2 x single beds in old hayloft (access from 6th bedroom via mezzanine-style ladder). 4’ sofa-bed in Library. High chair and travel cot available by request only. The twin single beds in the old-hay loft & sofa-bed available by request only. Access to old hay loft restricted to responsible young adults & not suitable for children. Please consult 3D digital tour for suitability of accommodation. 2x bathrooms with bath, shower, twin basins & WCs. 2x shower/wet rooms with basins & WC. 1x cloakroom with WC & basin. Malton is a market town is situated within North Yorkshire, just 18 miles away from the city of York. Within the town you will find a many interesting buildings including the old Corn Exchange and Assembly Rooms, as well as a general market, and a livestock and farmers’ markets. Within the surrounding area you will find opportunities for walking and cycling upon the Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Wolds.

The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.
