Since the home is located on the ground floor of a historic building, we particularly love the skylight in the kitchen which invites the Catalina sunshine into an otherwise shaded space. Meanwhile, carefully chosen design pieces, like the chandelier above the dining table and antique footstool in the bedroom, inject character into the interiors with charm and style. Lap up the local area with shops, restaurants and culture quite literally on your doorstep. You'll be positioned just a fifteen-minute walk (past a wealth of popular shops) from the Gothic Quarter and Gaudi's iconic architectural delights including the Casa Mila.
