The living areas in this second-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and coffee machine, a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV with Sky Entertainment package. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a balcony and underground parking available. Shops, pubs and beach in 0.2 miles.
