Outside, there is a rear garden with decking, lawn and furniture, as well as allocated off-road parking for one car in the car park with restricted access. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, 0.1 miles, a pub, and within 0.2 miles, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Complimentary spa passes are provided for 4 guests at HarSPA at the Harbour Hotel, the passes include 20% discount off spa treatments Monday - Friday, food in the HarBAR. Access is valid until the DATE TBC Membership is reviewed annually by the owner for the following year and is subject to renewal. Known as one of Cornwall's nicest port towns by the sea, St Ives is home to the Tate Modern and the Barbara Hepworth Museum, as well as lovely beaches, first-rate shops, a flourishing artistic community, first-rate bars and restaurants. Because of its semi-Bohemian lifestyle and romantic atmosphere, this is the county's most popular vacation spot. There is a lot to see and do in the surrounding area, including rich wildlife, stunning coastal walks, excellent surfing, and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula. It's a fantastic location!
