*This home is spread across three levels with stairs - there is no lift.
*Housekeeping takes place on Tuesday and Friday from 8:30am to 1pm. The gardener and pool cleaner visit the home every Tuesday.
*The swimming pool is not fenced - it is accessible via the back sitting room and separate guest house
*This is a lived-in home. You should expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.
*Private parking is available for two small cars or one large car in the garage. There is additional parking for two cars in the driveway.
*This host requires a security deposit on a credit card prior to check-in
*If your check in is within 24-72 hours then the check-in time cannot be guaranteed
