Located in Seville’s Barrio de Santa Cruz, this apartment reflects the city’s traditional Arab influences with arched doorways, exposed brick and beamed ceilings. While there’s a lack of natural light here, it provides a cool retreat from the heat outside – a tonic after spending sunny days on the shared rooftop terrace with its alfresco seating and soaking pool or exploring the many sights beyond the building. The kitchenette here is small and shares the same studio-style space as one of the bedrooms. But with countless restaurants, bars and points of interest in the area, you may not even find time to cook anyway.

However, the overall quality should remain the same. *One of the bedrooms has a studio-style layout with no separation between the bed and the kitchen area. It lacks the privacy that the en-suite bedroom has. *Please note that there's no real lounge area here. *While we love the overall design of this home, it lacks natural light. *You'll have access to the on-site rooftop terrace and its small soaking pool. They're shared with the building's other residents. *Given the home's central spot in an apartment building, you may hear some noise from the street and neighbours.
