There’s a private wraparound terrace at this apartment, too – perfect for watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean. There are only four sunloungers, so you may need to pop your towel on one to claim it, but there's a sofa and dining area as well. We love that the bedrooms open out onto the balcony too. This development is within walking distance of San Pedro de Alcántara with its restaurants, bars and beaches, while glitzy Marbella is around a twenty-minute drive away.

*If you're a group of six, there are only four stools at the breakfast bar, but there's plenty of room at the dining table.
*There are some disability-friendly features here, such as accessible-height toilets and beds.
*The development has gardeners and maintenance workers who can visit the community areas at all times. However, they do not have access to the accommodation.
*There's parking in the underground garage, easily accessed by a lift just outside the apartment.
*There are several supermarkets five minutes away.
