While away hours taking refreshing dips in its waters or bask under the sun on one of the countless deck chairs on the communal lawn. With shared lounge rooms boasting a pool table, shuffleboard, fireplaces and giant screens, as well as several courtyards inviting games of foosball and ping pong and alfresco barbecues, you’ll be entertained from dawn till dusk.

Outside of your home, you’ve got plenty to see and do too – spend an afternoon swimming and surfing at Newport Beach (a fifteen-minute drive away) or explore the seaside resort city of Laguna Beach (a twenty-two-minute drive). You're also just a ten-minute drive from the magic of Disneyland, while Hollywood's bright lights can be reached in just under forty minutes by car.
