As you step into this characterful barn conversion, you’ll notice original features like exposed beams that add to its charm and a stunning view over the lake and surrounding hills.

The lounge/diner is stylishly furnished and welcoming, with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, DVD player, and a cosy wood burner—perfect for unwinding after a day out. The dining area offers a great spot for relaxed meals.

The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. A separate utility room, shared with other properties on-site, houses the washing machine and clothes airers. The bathroom features a freestanding roll-top bath, a spacious walk-in shower, and a WC.

Upstairs, there are two inviting bedrooms: a galleried king room overlooking the lounge at one end, and a comfortable twin room at the other.

For a nostalgic trip through the countryside, hop aboard a steam train on the West Somerset Railway, or head to the coast to visit seaside favourites like Minehead, Watchet, and Brean Sands - home to year-round dog-friendly beaches.
