Though compact, this carefully curated space packs a decorative punch with its collection of art prints, colourful furnishings and ample natural light. We love the plump mustard-hued sofa that beckons relaxing evenings after a day of exploring the city, as well as the chic dining table that invites sunny breakfasts and intimate meals when you’re not out sampling the local tapas bars.

Our favourite features, however, are the home's scenic Juliet balconies. With one in the living area and one adjacent to the bed, these offer the ideal spots to perch by with a glass of Spanish wine while indulging in some people-watching from your privileged position. Factor in the comfortable bed and the sleek bathroom, and you’ve got everything you need for a carefree city stay.

When it comes to sightseeing, your home’s location can’t be beaten. You’re just a four-minute walk from Puerta del Sol, a seven-minute stroll from Plaza Mayor, while Gran Vía is nine minutes away on foot. You’re also a fourteen-minute walk from the world-famous Museo Nacional del Prado and a fifteen-minute stroll from the Royal Palace of Madrid.
