With numerous stretching windows, you’ll find that sunshine often comes peeking in here – bask in it as you sit in the viewing room. Technically, it’s just a secondary living space, but it has some of the best views of Paximadia, Gavdos, and the infinite blue of the Cretan sea.

Outside, you can admire the rocky and rolling hillside as you take a dip in the private swimming pool. Make yourself comfortable in one of the sunloungers and put your nose in a good book as you enjoy the sunshine and total tranquillity that goes hand-in-hand with this home.

The charming city of Rethymno is a short drive away, the beach lies at the end of an even shorter trip, so venture out and explore some of the beauty Crete has to offer. Stop off at a taverna to enjoy lunch before returning home. Make sure to be back by sunset, because you won’t want to be anywhere but the terrace when the sun sinks beneath the sea.
