When thoughts turn to food, there's a gold-standard outdoor kitchen to rustle up brunch and a stylish covered terrace to spill out with mimosas (the welcome Prosecco can help with those).

If you fancy beating the heat inside, this high-style and inviting home is a joy to spend time in, with rustic handmade pieces, soft-as-butter leather sofas, and sun-bleached wooden tones adding bohemian flair. Groups of extended family or friends sharing will love how spaced apart the bedrooms feel, each with en-suites. Though prepare for a tussle for that top-floor bedroom – it's a wonderfully spacious and private retreat.
