This pocket-sized flat may be snug, but trust us, the scenery more than makes up for it. From the window, you'll have a birds-eye view of Notre Dame in the distance, standing tall over Paris' rooftops. It's a striking peek across the city, and combined with the generous amount of natural light and simple aesthetic, it makes a stay here feel cosy and unique. Following a long day exploring, come home and unwind with a glass of wine on the sofa or a quick bite to eat around the dining table. There's not heaps of space – in fact, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed – but the location is excellent. Situated on a quiet street in the Latin Quarter, you're just a short walk from the Seine, Luxembourg Gardens and, of course, Notre Dame. We love this culturally-rich area – it's ripe with eateries, cafes and charming shops frequented by Sorbonne students – and all the major sights are either a quick metro ride or stroll away.
Home truths: *Two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room
*The kitchen is pretty small – it lacks an oven and basic cooking essentials, like oil and salt – but it's suitable for rustling up light fare like breakfasts
*You can pay to park in one of the public lots and garages, but a car isn't necessary – instead of driving, pack comfortable shoes and explore Paris on foot
*This isn't the most luxurious home in our collection, but the views and location make up for the lack of character
