Within walking distance of Gouves beach and a short drive from Heraklion, this villa's location and facilities make it shine. The large garden is equipped with a barbecue area and private pool, and the downstairs game room with billiards is great for families. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor here, so guests with limited mobility may be better off looking elsewhere. But with a kitchenette as well as the main kitchen and more bed space than guest space, there's plenty of room for everyone.

*There is private parking outside this home for up to three cars. Due to the location, we recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay.
*Although there is space to sleep up to ten guests at this home, the maximum occupancy is still eight.
*Your host can provide free a cot and high chair if you're travelling with little ones.
*This home is spread over three floors, and the bedrooms are on the first and lower floors, so it might not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. We think the two twin bedrooms are best suited for children or teens. Only one of the downstairs bedrooms has air conditioning.
*This is a terraced home, so there's a chance you might hear some noise from neighbours during your stay.
