Sea Breeze Estate: Balearic Islands

A superb completely private villa, on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia within a 25 minute walk of the town centre with direct access to the sea….

Consisting of 2 separate buildings with a total of 8 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, this property has 2 fully equipped kitchens, extremely generous living space and is set within beautiful and well maintained tropical gardens. The typical Ibizan architecture is combined with Moroccan elements that make it a truly charming property.

The extensive outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, a large 16m x 5m swimming pool with diving-board, barbecue, fish-pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax.

A highlight is the unique domed ceiling, Moroccan style pool house with music system and bathroom facilities - perfect for private parties. There is also a Bali House to escape the midday sun.

Through the garden gate is the coastal path with steps down to the sea. The beaches of Cala Pada and Niu Blau are just a 5 minute walk along the coast where you will find a choice of bars and restaurants. The gardens include palm trees, fruit treees and a large grass lawn with colourful flowers and cactus plants.

A covered area with table tennis and table football is situated next to the Moroccan pool house. A large Argentinian style BBQ is situated alongside the main terrace.

The villa is an ideal location for events, weddings, yoga retreats and business meetings due to the layout and the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.

The main house boasts an open-plan living area, dining room and TV lounge with a fully equipped kitchen next to the dining area. The Pool House also has a spacious living area and chill out space, with music system, fridge, and bathroom facilities, while the separate guest house also has a living area and kitchen.

First Floor - Super king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. This bedroom has direct access to a large terrace with impressive garden and sea views.

First Floor - Super king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower. This room also has a private terrace.

Bedroom 3

Ground Floor - Large double bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with walk-in shower. Direct access to main entrance courtyard.

Bedroom 4

Ground Floor - Super king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 5

Ground Floor - Self-contained with private entrance, terrace, king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with walk-in shower and bidet.

Bedroom 6 (Casita)

Ground Floor - Super king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower. This room has direct access to a large terrace facing the garden and the sea.

Bedroom 7 (Casita)

Ground Floor - King-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with sink and walk-in shower.

Bedroom 8 (Casita)

First Floor - Super king-size bed, air conditioning, private bathroom with single sink and walk-in shower. This room has its own access to a large terrace with magnificent sea views.
